A sound meditation recorded in my home studio under the Ancestor Moon as fall gave way to the dark nights of winter.

I was inspired by the lineages and bloodlines we come from and continue to carry forward. The way our loved ones who've passed on become muse in our lives from beyond the veil... that we, somehow and in someway, are the answers to our ancestors' dreams.

With the sounds of my crystal glass singing bowls, midnight drone flute, crystal glass lyre, toning, and forest and waterfall sounds, I felt ancestral gratitude for all we do to make the world a better place, generation by generation.

For all the ways we continue to learn more about where we come from to carry forward in good ways, this sound meditation felt like meeting the ancestors in a dream of sound, a dream of gratitude, and muse for all they and we are.

Listen while relaxing, writing, reading, moving, or creating in any way the muse moves in your life.
